9.30am on the day of departure.
Access is via key safes. The code will be provided on the arrival information.
Parking
Private parking in communal car park.
Apartments 1 & 2: 2 spaces each.
Apartments 3 & 4: 1 space each.
Please be considerate of other guests when parking in the car park with your vehicle parked side on to the building
No caravans or motorhomes are allowed without prior agreement.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs welcome in Apartments 1 & 4, maximum 2 dogs per apartment.
£20 surcharge 1 dog/ £30 surcharge 2 dogs.
Wifi
Super fast fibre Wifi is available in all apartments.
Booking 2 Apartments or more
More than one apartment can be booked at the same time if available. Please enquire for details.
Unfortunately not and all multi apartment bookings are made at the discretion of the management.
Garden
The top terrace is for the sole use of Apartment 1.
The middle and lower terraces are shared between all apartments.
Communal BBQ on lowest terrace for apartments 2, 3 & 4.
Apartment 1 has its own BBQ on the top terrace.
The garden is enclosed with a fence planted with a hedge, and several gates for access.
A determined dog may get out; the main road runs close to the rear of the property and is busy and the beach drive at the front of the property can be busy, especially during the Summer months.
There is a sunken trampoline on the lowest terrace for shared use. Please read the safety instructions before use.
Storage
Secure outside storage for wetsuits, bicycles & surfboards.
There is one external shower shared between Apartments 1 to 3, and a separate external shower for Apartment 4.
No wetsuits allowed in the apartments.
All things beach
Saunton Beach is a couple of minutes walk down the Beach Drive.
Surf Saunton is located on Saunton Beach, and offers 10% discount on group lessons to Knelle guests
Surboards and wetsuits can be hired from Saunton Surf hire
Visitors
Daytime visitors are allowed. Absolutely no overnight visitors.
Parking is reserved for guests staying in the apartments. If the car park is full, visitors will need to park in the beach car park, charges apply.
